We don't allow any kind of refund on digital products. So after getting our products please don't email us for a refund because we don't allow it.
As concern to physical products, You can return your products within 48 hours after receiving your ordered product from courier service.We will accept the return if the product falls under the following facts:

  • 1.If the product is not same as advertised
  • 2.If the product is damaged, defective or counterfeit
  • 3.The product must be returned unused, in original packaging and with all seals & tags intact.

  • Step 3: Return your product by courier service. Also please send us the courier receipt by email or Facebook Message.

Return/ Replacement Guarantee may not apply in any of the following conditions:


  • Any damage due to misuse of product.
  • Any Used item.
  • Any damage / defect which are not covered under the manufacturer's warranty
  • Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered.
